The Legal Services Society also provides many publications on legal topics for the general public in many languages. Access Pro Bono Society of British Columbia provides pro bono legal services to the general public and nonprofit organizations. Lawyers volunteer to provide free legal advice to people who can’t reasonably afford a lawyer and do not qualify for legal aid.
